Paul Horton, born in Birmingham in 1958, is a contemporary artist best known for his distinctive pastel‑chalk creations. He studied at the Bournville School of Art and later gained national recognition through his partnership with Castle Galleries. Today, Paul continues to develop his celebrated body of work from his own gallery in Birmingham.
