Welcome to fineartshopper website terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at fineartshopper.co.uk. By accessing this web site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to order from us. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website.

Placing an order
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our on-line checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the product(s) you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order, the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
- Where goods are not available;
- Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
- If there has been a pricing or product description error; or
- If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Depending on the gateway you choose to pay for your order a £1 transaction will take place to check the legitimacy of the card being used at check out. In this case, we will only take the full payment once the order has been confirmed and that it will be delivered. Depending on your bank the full payment taken will either be minus the £1 previously taken or it will be for the full amount and the £1 will be refunded.
Pricing
All prices include VAT at the current rates
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are calculated and details are given in your shopping basket prior to placing your order.
Cancellation and Returns
If you wish to cancel your order:
- You can notify us by email to sales@fineartshopper.co.uk before we have despatched the goods to you; or
- Where goods have already been despatched to you, by returning goods to us as described below
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason provided that you notify us in writing within 14 working days of delivery (beginning with the day following delivery of your order) for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods in good saleable condition, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange as required.
Exceptions to this are
- In the event that the product has been used
- To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
Should your goods get damaged in transit, you must notify us by email to sales@fineartshopper.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of your order and retain all the packaging the goods came in. We will ask for a description of the damage, the condition of the packaging and ask, if possible, for photographs. You will be required to repackage the goods in the original packaging and we will arrange for collection and replacement (if possible) or refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that goods are accurately represented on our site, we make no guarantees about the accuracy of any photographic representations used.
